Paul Farmer

Paul Farmer has over 35 years’ experience in the healthcare industry having held and served in various senior executive, operational and financial management positions in both private practice and health care systems. Paul retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer of 29 years from the Chattanooga Heart Institute in January of 2024. In this role, Paul also had the oversight of CHI Memorial Healthcare System’s Cardiovascular Service Line. He served on the Executive Council for CommonSpirit Health’s (CSH) National Cardiovascular Service Line and had advisory roles to both CSH Payer Strategies and Compliance divisions.
Since retiring from the Heart Institute, Paul has served as an Executive Advisor to those transitioning within senior leadership roles. He continues to provide consulting services focusing on strategic planning, practice integrations, mergers and acquisitions, as well as operational and financial efficiencies within cardiovascular practices.
Paul holds degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. He enjoys traveling with Becky, his wife, deep sea fishing and spending time with his six grandchildren.

Patrick White
Pat is the former President of MedAxiom, a Cardiovascular leadership organization representing over 400 cardiovascular programs and over 7,000 cardiovascular physicians.

Pat is the former President of MedAxiom, a Cardiovascular leadership organization representing over 400 cardiovascular programs and over 7,000 cardiovascular physicians. Prior to joining MedAxiom in 2003, Pat spent 12 years as the CEO for Michigan Heart, a 36 physician cardiology practice in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He also worked for 13 years with the Henry Ford Health System in Detroit in various management positions including five years as the Administrator for the Department of Internal Medicine.
Pat was a valuable member of ASNC’s PET Task Force and the ASNC Registry Oversight Committee. He served on the Advisory Boards for Ionetix, Muscle Wise and Ideal Protein. He also served on the Board of the Cardiology Advocacy Alliance and helped to educate members of Congress and CMS on issues that impacted cardiovascular care.
Pat received his Bachelor’s Degree from Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan and his Master of Public Health Degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Continuing his commitment to service, Pat has numerous volunteer roles in the community. He has been married to his lovely wife, Nancy, for over 50 years and enjoys time with his son, daughter-in-law and two granddaughters.

Ann Honeycutt
Ann E. Honeycutt, MSN, is a healthcare executive with 40 years of leadership experience spanning independent physician practice, acute care, ambulatory services, and home healthcare.

Ann E. Honeycutt, MSN, is a healthcare executive with 40 years of leadership experience spanning independent physician practice, acute care, ambulatory services, and home healthcare. She retired in 2025 after serving for 24 years as Executive Director of Virginia Cardiovascular Specialists (VCS), one of Virginia’s largest independent cardiology practices.
During her tenure, Ann helped guide the governance, strategic planning, and daily operations of VCS. Today, the practice includes 38 physicians, 19 APPs, and nine locations, making it one of the largest private cardiology groups in Virginia. Ann recruited 34 of the physicians who remain active with the practice today. She also supported the development of several advanced cardiovascular services, including Virginia’s first cardiac CT and cardiac PET programs, as well as the state’s first independent cardiac ASC and outpatient cath lab.
Ann has extensive experience in value-based care and physician-led healthcare organizations. She helped establish MD Value Care, an independent physician accountable care organization comprising more than 350 physicians, and served as its Vice Chair. She was also a founding trustee of the MD Value Care Benefits Consortium and contributed to the development of two clinically integrated networks and a clinical co-management program.
Ann previously served on the MedAxiom Board of Managers and has held numerous healthcare and community leadership positions, including trustee of the Richmond Academy of Medicine and board chair of the Children’s Hospital and Central Virginia Health Network. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Master of Nursing in Community Health and Education from the University of Washington.
